Blair has an unquenchable passion for real estate as a vehicle for opportunity and for community good. Blair began her real estate career in Vermont in 2013 at Keller Williams Vermont and went on to form her own team at the firm in 2015, The Knowles Group. In 2020 Blair and her team left the brokerage at Keller Williams to form their own brokerage, Ridgeline Real Estate. Outside of Ridgeline Real Estate Blair is a property owner and a landlord in Vermont. She is also an avid yoga practitioner (catch her every Tuesday teaching yoga at Sangha Studio in Burlington)!
